Stress-tested mortgage calculator — BrokerFlow by Majed Monem — explore this Framer Template on the Framer Marketplace and customize it in Framer's no-code website builder.

BrokerFlow is a complete website for independent UK mortgage brokers, built on a real design system rather than a one-off layout.

The difference is the stress test. Every mortgage calculator on the market tells a visitor what their monthly payment would be. Lenders do not assess that number. They assess affordability at a rate well above the pay rate, which is why cases that look comfortable online still get declined. BrokerFlow shows both. Enter a joint income of £77,000 with £40,000 down at 4.7% and it returns £333,000 of borrowing, a £373,000 budget, 89.3% loan to value, 4.32 times income, £1,727 a month, and £2,374 once stressed at 7.7%.

Five pages plus a custom 404: home, a filterable listing of what you arrange, a detail page per mortgage type, a full calculator page, and a contact page with a working enquiry form. Desktop, tablet and phone are laid out already, including a drawer navigation.

Mortgage types are a CMS collection, so they are edited as content rather than design. Each one stores its own typical rate, maximum LTV, minimum deposit and lender count, and the detail page's calculator arrives pre-filled at that product's rate.

The loan-to-income multiple and the stress uplift are both controls, not hard-coded numbers, so a change in lender criteria or regulation is a control edit rather than a rewrite. Loan to income above 4.5 turns red on its own, because that is where a case stops being mainstream.

Every card is a component instance and every colour comes from one of ten tokens, so rebranding is a colour change rather than a rebuild.
